A mid-week class to replenish through rest.

Simple yet powerful:

Take a break from the busyness—embrace rest as a powerful tool for well-being.

 

This class is designed to offer you a pause during your busy week.

Give yourself time and space to slow down, rest, relax, and restore your body and mind.

We start with restorative yoga, poses designed to unwind tension and relax the nervous system in a very gentle, easeful and supportive way.

Class will end with a generous 15-minute guided relaxation in shavasana to support optimum rest and replenish your reserves.

Decrease tension and stress.

Reconnect with your breath, relax your nervous system and leave feeling calm, clear and ready to finish your week.

This class is done on the floor, completely supported with props (blankets, bolsters and blocks). It is accessible to anyone who can comfortably get down onto the floor.

REFUND POLICY: Registration fees are non-refundable. To provide individualized attention and to build community, we keep class sizes small. Because your fee reserves your spot in the class for the session, registration fees are non-refundable.

MISSED CLASSES: Because your registration fee saves your spot in the class for the entire session, refunds and prorating are not available for missed classes. If you miss a class please contact Larissa if you’d like to attend one of her online classes as a make-up.
