Stretch and strengthen through mindful movement to keep your joints healthy and moving well so you can do the daily activities that you love to do.
Explore movement that feelings good in your body.
Release tension and stiffness
Build strength to support the joints and keep them moving well.
Cultivate mindfulness and breath awareness.
Based on the needs and requests of students, this class is designed to support mobility, strength, and body awareness as you age by blending stretching and strengthening through mindful movement and yoga poses.
You'll explore functional movement patterns to enhance stability, joint health, and overall well-being while cultivating mindfulness in how you move.
Class includes a variety of positions—laying on the floor, hands and knees, seated in a chair, and standing—to promote balance, mobility and strength.
Modifications will be offered, encouraging you to move in a way that feels supportive and sustainable for your body.
Each session begins with breath work to enhance awareness and connection, and ends with a relaxing shavasana for integration and renewal.
This class is accessible for those who can transition to and from the floor (with props available for support) and feel comfortable bearing weight on hands and knees.

MISSED CLASSES: Because your registration fee saves your spot in the class for the entire session, refunds and prorating are not available for missed classes.
