Supta baddha konasana is one of the most popular restorative poses, but it can be tricky to set up at home because there are so many props to get in just the right spots! Learn how to customize your prop set-up to maximize comfort and the effectiveness of the pose.

P.S. If you position your legs straight and parallel, you’re in heartbed pose. If you bend your knees to the sides, you’re in SBK. Either way, the set up for the upper body is the same!
